These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BeeManager platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service provides digital management tools for residential buildings, including but not limited to: building and apartment management, shared expense (κοινόχρηστα) calculations, heating meter readings, notifications, and related features.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of third parties, or to attempt to compromise the security or operation of the platform.
5. Subscriptions, fees and billing
- Certain features are available under paid plans.
- Applicable charges are displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase or upgrade.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are paid in advance for the relevant subscription period.
6. Data and user responsibility
The user/manager is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and currency of the data they enter into the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The software, structure, design and content of the Service are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, decompiling or exploiting any part of the Service without prior written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

15. Shared expense calculation — Algorithm and verification responsibility
The Service uses an automated algorithm to calculate shared building expenses, based solely on the data and parameters entered by the manager (including, for example: ownership shares, meter readings, per-unit charges). The results produced are provided as indicative figures and do not in themselves constitute a legally binding statement of account.
The manager is responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of each shared-expense calculation before communicating it to owners or residents. This verification is the manager’s sole responsibility. BeeManager is not liable for any errors or discrepancies arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry, misinterpretation of results, or the manager’s failure to carry out the required review.
